Car Parking

Street parking is limited around the building. District Fitzroy guests have access to a limited amount of spaces within the onsite car stacker. This stacker is available only for guests who pre-book car parking so that guests can be instructed on how to use the stacker without causing any damage to their vehicle and assure that the strict size limits that apply are understood.

Car's need to fit the following dimensions to be able to park within the building. The following parking restrictions apply:

Three height options: 1.5m high, 1.75m high and 1.9m high

All have a maximum length of 4.8m and weight of 2 tonnes.

There are to be no tow balls or bull bars fitted to cars.

You must arrange car parking prior to your arrival date by calling our office on +61 3 94877498. Our staff will need to know the make and model of your car.

Please be aware that if you have not pre-booked car parking on your arrival day, we are not able to provide you with the remote required to operate the stacker. This is a strict requirement.

Car parking is included in the tariff, however, space is limited and therefore subject to availability. Parking in the stacker is at your own risk and liability for any damage that may be caused.

Once you have pre-booked car parking, your remote and instructions will be attached with your keys for you upon arrival.
